About the event
In order to fulfill our mission to develop culturally proficient dental professionals, the Greater San Antonio Hispanic Dental Association presents scholarships to deserving students every year. Scholarship recipients are those who best fulfill GSAHDA's mission.
The scholarships are open to pre-dental senior high school students, pre-dental college students, and students enrolled in their final year of an accredited Dental School, Dental Hygiene School, or Dental Assisting Program.
The applicant must demonstrate:
1. Scholastic achievement (minimum 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale)
2. Community service
3. Leadership skills
4. Commitment and dedication to improving the health of underserved communities
The scholarship application must be submitted by February 1, 2024.
Scholarship recipients will announced by May 1, 2024.
No late entries will be accepted.
